All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, our printing service offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 20 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the problem.

Wholesale Inquiries

The Zouak Maroc team consists of Moroccans and Americans who share a passion for traditional Moroccan arts. Each of our designs is hand-drawn. We offer three product lines: online, printed in Morocco, and hand-painted in Morocco. Online products are sold via Etsy and Printify using a print-on-demand model. Items printed and hand-painted in Morocco are unique, with designs distinct from online offerings, and are sold exclusively in various locations around the medina of Fes.

We launched our first products in the summer of 2024 and are still a small business. However, we would love to be bigger and share with more people the beauty of traditional Moroccan designs. Payment Methods

We sell all our online products through Etsy and Printify and do not accept payments directly on this website. Purchases made in person in Morocco, including workshops, must be paid for in cash.
