Where can I buy your products ?You can buy Zouak Maroc’s products at online via Etsy and in person in the city of Fes, Morocco at Riad Dar Coco, Zouak Fes, and at Souafine Zouwak - all of which are located in the historic medina area of the city of Fes in Morocco.

What is artisanal about your products if they are printed?We believe that Zouwak Maroc’s products are still artisanal because they are hand drawn re-creations of the original wood and henna designs. By drawing the designs by hand, they still reflect the human element of the originals. It also allows us to be more creative with colors and elements for some of our non-traditional offerings.

What is your returns and exchanges policy?Every product we make is as unique as a unicorn – crafted just for you when you place your order. This means that once it’s yours, it’s yours for keeps. So, if you accidentally ordered a neon green hoodie instead of classic black, or suddenly decided you’re more into paisley than polka dots, we can’t swap it out or take it back. Sorry, no do-overs! But hey, we’re not total meanies. If your order arrives looking like it’s been through a tornado or sporting a factory flaw, our trusty printing pals will step up. Just holler at us within 20 days of receiving your item, and we’ll get you a shiny new reprint or a full refund. Speed is of the essence here, so drop us a line ASAP and we’ll sort it out faster than you can say "Zouak Maroc"!

How do I book a Zouak workshop?Ready to get your hands dirty with some Zouak magic? Fantastic! Just drop us a message using the contact form on our website. Let us know the date you’re eyeing, any specific time that tickles your fancy, and how many buddies are joining you. We’ll usually get back to you within 48 hours to seal the deal. On the big day, make sure to show up 30 minutes early at the meeting point mentioned in your confirmation email. One of our awesome Zouak Maroc team members will escort you to the workshop location and make sure you’re all set for a fabulous experience. Oh, and don’t forget to bring cash for the workshop fee – payment’s due upon arrival. Life happens, we get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us a heads-up at least 48 hours in advance. See you soon for some creative fun!

How will I know what is the status of my order?At Zouak Maroc, we sell a cornucopia of amazing products and, with a little help from our third-party pals, we ship them all over this beautiful planet. Shipping costs and times are like a box of chocolates – you never know exactly what you’re gonna get until you check out. But don’t worry, we’ll show you the shipping costs upfront, and they’ll be included in your grand total at checkout. After you place your order, expect not one but TWO emails from us. The first email is your order confirmation – it’s like a digital handshake. If there’s a typo, a mix-up, or if your cat walked across your keyboard while you were ordering, let us know ASAP! The second email is the pièce de résistance: the shipping confirmation. This email includes a magical tracking number that lets you stalk your order as it journeys its way to your door. When your order arrives, we’d love to hear about your unboxing experience. Feedback and reviews are the oxygen we breathe here at Zouak Maroc. Where can I add my FAQs?FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
